The short version

Bobbet is designed to work without an account, advertising, or access to the contents of your Messages. This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or forms that collect personal information.

About this policy

This policy explains how Designed Calm LLC ("Designed Calm," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the Bobbet website at bobbet.app. It also describes the privacy principles planned for the Bobbet app. We will update this policy before the app becomes available if its final features or data practices differ from what is described here.

Information you choose to send us

If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use it to respond, provide support, protect Bobbet, and keep appropriate business records. Please do not email us sensitive personal information.

Website technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and network providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and pages requested. We do not currently use this information for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

The Bobbet app

The Bobbet app is still in development. It is being designed so that:

• No Bobbet account is required.
• Bobbet does not read or store the contents of your Messages.
• Bobbet does not sell personal information.
• Bobbet does not use third-party advertising.
• Optional purchases are processed by Apple, subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
• Optional notifications and widget interactions remain under your device controls.

We will verify these statements against the finished app, its software dependencies, and its App Store privacy disclosures before release.

Cookies and browser signals

Bobbet does not currently set cookies for advertising or analytics. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, the site does not need to respond differently to a browser's Do Not Track setting. We will revise this section if the site's practices change.

Sharing and retention

We may use service providers to host, secure, and operate Bobbet. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for support, legal, security, and business-record purposes.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have sent directly to us. Applicable law may provide additional rights. We will verify requests as appropriate and respond as required by law.

Children

Bobbet is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes

We may update this policy as Bobbet develops. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any notice or choice required by law.
