Purchases & Restore

The intended model

Your first complete Bobbet will be free. Every published emotion for that character will be included. Additional complete characters will be optional one-time purchases, not subscriptions or individual sticker purchases.

See before buying

You will be able to view a character's portrait, personality, included emotions, and one-time price before purchasing. Unowned Bobbets may remain visible and previewable even though their stickers cannot yet be sent.

Restore purchases

1. Open Bobbet and go to Settings or Purchases.
2. Choose Restore Purchases.
3. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
4. Wait for Bobbet to confirm which characters were restored.

These steps will be verified and updated against the finished app before release.

Billing and refunds

Apple processes App Store billing and refunds. Bobbet does not receive your full payment-card details. If a purchase is charged but does not appear after restoration, contact hello@bobbet.app without sending payment-card information.

No surprise access changes

We do not intend to convert an owned one-time character purchase into a recurring subscription or charge again for the same character. Final product wording will be checked against the implemented purchase configuration before launch.
