About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Bobbet website and, when released, the Bobbet app and related services provided by Designed Calm LLC. The app is currently in development. We will update these terms to match the finished product before release.
Using Bobbet
You may use Bobbet for personal, lawful communication. You may not copy, extract, resell, impersonate, reverse engineer, or use Bobbet characters, artwork, software, or branding to create or train another product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your device and Apple services
Using the future app will require a compatible Apple device and may depend on Apple services, software, and account settings. Apple is responsible for its own platforms and services. Bobbet is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
Purchases
Any in-app purchase will be processed by Apple and subject to Apple's purchase terms. Prices and included content will be shown before purchase. Purchase restoration will be available for eligible purchases associated with the same Apple Account.
Availability
We may improve, update, or discontinue features and characters. We will not intentionally remove paid access merely to require the same customer to buy the same Bobbet again. Service interruptions and platform changes may occasionally affect availability.
Ownership
Bobbet, its characters, artwork, text, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to Designed Calm LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a Bobbet grants personal access to use the included content through the app; it does not transfer ownership of the artwork or brand.
Appropriate use
Do not use Bobbet to harass, threaten, deceive, violate another person's rights, or break the law. You are responsible for the context in which you send a sticker or use the service.
Disclaimers
Bobbet is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is an expressive entertainment product, not medical, mental-health, emergency, or professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
